Well, times officially up in Sweden! It's been lovely, interesting, cold weathered, and filled with meatballs, lingonberry jam and falukorv.
Here I sit in Den Haag (The Hague), Netherlands, and just enjoyed a mind bogglingly delicious home cooked Iranian meal at my friend Setareh's sisters place. Roasted chicken stuffed with cranberries, onions, walnuts, and some fluffy rice with saffron, Iranian spices, and garbanzo-like beans. Must...learn...to...cook...that...
